External Hooks

Story protocol uses hooks to integrate external services into workflows. Async hooks can call external oracle service providers to get off-chain data. Some examples include KYC services or IP Infringement detection services.

• KYC service like user geographic location identification or age verification
• External service to verify user’s social network profile
• Service to detect duplicated IP registration or detection of well-known IP registration
